Gateway Center

Gateway Center, in Providence, Rhode Island was closed in August 2006. This building has 113,609 square feet of Class A rentable space. Gateway is 100% leased by Fidelity.

Channel Center

Channel Center is a seven-acre property in the Seaport District of South Boston, MA. Channel Center is comprised of five existing buildings totaling approximately 370,000 square feet, and development rights for an additional 751,000 square feet of office and residential properties on three separate unoccupied parcels. The Seaport District is a 1,000 acre area that represents the single largest urban redevelopment in the nation close to a major downtown area.

Davol Square

Davol Square is an existing 113,551 square foot structure and a contiguous approximately two-acre site, located in Providence’s Jewelry District immediately adjacent to the city’s major medical complex buildings. Based on current rezoning plans and the relocation of l-195, CV believes this will be one of the prime waterfront redevelopment sites in downtown Providence.

American Brewery Lofts

The Brewery Lofts at 251 Heath Street is the adaptive reuse and expansion of the former American Brewing Company brewery into 79 residential units. The existing Queen Anne style redbrick main building was retained and redeveloped to contain 48 units. Three stories of new construction created an additional 31 units above the two levels of structured parking totaling 83 spaces. The total project cost will be approximately $29.2 million with an average sales price of approximately $439,000 per unit, including parking.
