Samuel B. Fuller

Sam Fuller is the President of Fuller Development LLC. Fuller Development is involved in the development, acquisition, redevelopment, construction, conversion and asset management of multi-family rental and for-sale communities throughout the Northeast.

Prior to forming Fuller Development in 2005, Mr. Fuller was the Executive Vice President of AvalonBay Communities, Inc., a company he helped form in November 1993. AvalonBay, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, is a real estate investment trust (a "REIT") focused on developing, redeveloping, acquiring and managing luxury apartment communities in high barrier-to-entry markets of the United States.

Mr. Fuller has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Finance Association, is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he has served on the Executive Committee of ULI Fairfield Westchester District Council.

Dean E. Fenton

Dean Fenton is a Managing Member of Starboard Capital Partners. Mr. Fenton was previously a Founding Partner of Prime Capital Management Company, Inc., a Connecticut venture capital firm. Prior to co-founding Prime Capital, Mr. Fenton served 10 years as a General Partner for the first five Sprout Group Venture capital funds, which were sponsored by Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities. Mr. Fenton was the lead Project Manager and served on the Board of Directors of 10 Sprout companies and numerous Prime Capital portfolio companies. Mr. Fenton is a graduate of Harvard College and the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, and a former officer in the USAF.
